Frank’s Rated 1st in Customer Satisfaction Surveys

(LAFAYETTE, LA) — Frank’s Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc. and Frank’s International, Inc. were pleased to receive another round of 1st place rankings in the Oilfield Products and Services Customer Satisfaction Surveys from EnergyPoint Research.

Results were released for 2010 and showed the companies placing first in the following categories: Casing & Tubing Installation, Completion-related Services, Tubular Handling Equipment, Non-vertical Wells, Onshore Gulf Coast, and Special Applications. Frank’s has consistently ranked 1st in several categories since 2007.

EnergyPoint Research’s surveys were conducted as part of the firm’s annual industry-wide study, which this year was comprised of more than 4,100 in-depth evaluations performed over 24 months by customers of oilfield suppliers both domestically and internationally. The survey succeeds similar industry-wide studies conducted and published by EnergyPoint Research since 2003.
