DONALD KEITH MOSING – Chairman and CEO
Today, Keith Mosing holds the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frank’s International and Frank’s Casing Crew and Rental Tools, Inc. In addition, Keith Mosing is Chairman and CEO of Antelope Oil Tools, Inc. and Western Airways, Inc.
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana and a third generation company owner, Keith Mosing joined the family business part-time in 1965. He began working in the Lafayette facility performing tasks from equipment maintenance to land and offshore jobs. In 1974 he moved to Houston to expand operations in Texas and Oklahoma.

In 1981, he formed Frank’s International and has expanded the Company’s operations into Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Since its inception, FI has grown at a steady and reliable pace through increased sales, and aggressive mergers and acquisitions.

Keith attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He began flying at age 16 and holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s license for jet aircraft as well as helicopters.

In 2003, Mosing was awarded the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.


 

JOHN FLETCHER WHEELER – Executive Vice President and COO

John Wheeler began his career at FI in 1978 and throughout his tenure has assumed positions of increasing responsibility including Regional Manager of Singapore in 1982.

In 1999 John was elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1980.

 
MARK MARGAVIO – Chief Financial Officer

Mark Margavio brings over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, acquisitions, investments and financial systems to Frank’s International. He joined the Company in 2002 as Vice President of Finance and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant, a former Certified Treasury Professional, and Registered Investment Advisor.
Mark holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

 
BRIAN BAIRD – VP Chief Legal Counsel

Brian Baird joined FI in April, 2005 to oversee the company’s legal affairs. His legal background is broad-based with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, technology, e-commerce and general corporate law. Previously, Brian was vice president, general counsel and secretary of Houston-based Pantellos Corporation.

Earlier in his career he practiced law with the law firms of Boyar & Miller and Jenkens & Gilchrist. Brian received both his Law Degree and his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas.

 
BURNEY J. LATIOLAIS – VP Products and Services

B.J. Latiolais began employment with FI in 1991 following his ownership of Louisiana Tubing Testers and Centralizers, Inc. His experience and foresight were instrumental in developing the Company’s Cementation Division and the purchase of Antelope Oil Tools, Inc.
B.J. also holds several patents. His expertise has been key in the Company’s development and marketing of such tools as the Fill-Up Circulating Tool System, the FACTS tool, the Shark Bite, the Anaconda Thread Protector and the CAT Sub.

 
RICHARD RADER – VP Business Development

Richard Rader began his career at FI in 1981. For several years he served as Manager of Middle East Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He returned to Houston in 1993 to manage FI’s international sales group and was instrumental in expanding operations in South America and Canada. He was appointed Vice President of International Business Development in 1998.

Richard is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

 
ALAIN MIRAMON – VP Business Development and South American Operations

Alain Miramon assumed his current position in 1999. Previously, he served years as Regional Manager in West Africa where he expanded operations into Angola, Gabon, Congo and Ivory Coast. He has also been Country Manager of Venezuela and Regional Manager of South America.

Alain is fluent in three languages and is a former Reserve Officer in the French Army. He first came to Frank’s as a Liner Hanger Manager in France as the company began expansion outside the U.S. in the mid 1980’s.

 
JOHN WALKER – COO Brazil and VP Canada

An employee since 1987, John Walker has served in various marketing, operations and finance management roles in Europe, Middle East and Far East Operations. John directs our Canada and Brazil Business Units.
John is active in industry organizations and societies and has a diverse educational background that includes the Aberdeen College of Science and Technology that specializes in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

 
PATRICK SIBILLE – Managing Director, Frank’s International Ltd. – UK

In 1989, after twenty-five years in manufacturing, sales and management in oilfield and service operations, Patrick was selected to initiate the growth of Frank’s International as a worldwide company.

He holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana, Lafayette) and serves on the Council of Oil & Gas UK, the Step Change in Safety Leadership Team, the Well Services Contractors where he was Chairman and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

 
KEN KINSER  - Manager of International Pipe Sales – Frank’s International / VP Sales – Frank’s International Tubular Products, Ltd.

Ken joined Frank’s International in 2004 and brings over 35 years of experience in the offshore industry working with large diameter pipe, premium connections, mudline suspension equipment and subsea wellhead equipment with roles in procurement, engineering, operations, and sales..
Ken attended the University of Houston and served in the United States Air Force.
