SUMMARY -Responsible for providing engineering support for new and existing operations.

Technical Administrator / Technical Clerk-Aberdeen
SUMMARY -Responsible for supporting a number of Project Engineers on various ongoing and up and coming interface projects.
DUTIES INCLUDE- Providing technical administrative support on a range of projects within a technical engineering environment under the direction of management, accurately receiving, logging and checking survey data against delivery documentation and data request lists, setting up and maintaining technical libraries including electronic spreadsheets, organizing and logging delivery/release documentation, Tracking, expediting and reporting on data against planned schedules, filing of data, (drawings, documents, media, etc) and general upkeep of filing system.

Draughtsman-Aberdeen
SUMMARY – Responsible for producing; Proposal and layout drawings from information gathered from rig surveys, Mechanical, structural and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics to national standards, Updating existing designs under supervision of Frank’s engineers, Recording of ‘As-built’ information & production of ‘As-built’ drawings, Control & issue of manufacturing drawings to fabrication workshop and 3rd party manufacturers.

Technical Course Designer-Aberdeen
SUMMARY – To design and develop training courses that support the companies technical products.
DUTIES INCLUDE –
  • Design and develop Course Training Plans in line with Systems approach to training.
  • Design and develop in-house training for entry and advanced level courses.
  • Create and develop lesson plans and media to complement training delivery.
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to ensure all training delivered follows current procedures.
  • Validate and evaluate training delivery and make improvements to courses as necessary.

QHSE Advisor-Aberdeen
SUMMARY-Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will assist in the management and development of company Environmental and Safety Management Systems. You will also conduct internal Environmental and Safety Management System audits, carry out safety and environmental awareness training, conduct and review risk assessments and carry out accident and incident investigations.

CORE COMPETENCIES-
The successful candidate shall have a strong environmental background and experience with both environmental and safety management systems. Ideally you should have a sound understanding of Environmental and Health & Safety Legislation and be familiar with offshore industry best practice. With good organisational and communication skills, you should hold a NEBOSH or Environmental Management qualification and experience in conducting risk assessments, internal audits and incident investigation would be preferred. The position may require occasional travel to Norway and Holland.

QHSE Administrator-Aberdeen
SUMMARY-Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will co-ordinate the distribution of local document transmittal s, collect and produce statistical data and maintain the department filing system.

CORE COMPETENCIES- The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, be computer literate and have experience in data entry. A basic knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices would be preferred but is not essential.

QC Inspector-Aberdeen
SUMMARY-Reporting to the QHSE Manager, working in a dynamic team coordinating and performing Quality Control Inspection of manufactured parts and equipment to maintain high standards in an ISO accredited Precision Engineering Environment.

Programmer Analyst -Houston,Texas.

SUMMARY – Perform a variety of work flow analysis and programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Maintain, modify and document programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES -
   1. Code, test and troubleshoot programs as part of a team by utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
   2. Refine data and format final product.
   3. Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding
        changes.
   4. Test and develop programming modifications.
   5. Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
   6. Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause
        unwanted results in a related part.
   7. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
   8. Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS -

Brazil Accounting Manager
SUMMARY – Reporting to the Country Controller the Accounting Manager will be responsible for: reviewing and approval of the local statutory accounts according to local accounting principles.
DUTIES INCLUDE- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of statutory filings, such as vat declarations, tax returns and other fiscal obligations according to local jurisdictions ;preparation of internal management reports to the Country Controller; assist in the preparation of the financial reports according to headquarter instructions (monthly key indicator reports, budgeting, income statement, financial forecast, year end closing reporting package and financial statement according to IFRS/local laws);developing and maintaining internal control procedures. Reviewing and approving monthly reconciliations and ensuring adjustments are recorded in a timely basis. Developing staff and cross training to ensure business continuity.

SKILL REQUIREMENT-
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years experience in medium to large companies (preferably operating in the oil industry) or previous job experience in an audit company with knowledge of IAS/IFRS principles. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and RM/Navision is preferred. Intermediate English is mandatory.
